Privacy Policy — Fluvia: Catalog Quality Report
Effective date: July 29, 2026
Fluvia: Catalog Quality Report (the “App”) is operated by ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ CABELLO. This policy explains what information the App uses, what it stores, and what rights merchants have. We have written it to reflect exactly what the App does today.
What the App does
The App analyzes the product catalog of your Shopify store and shows a quality report with missing product information (vendor, product type, SEO fields, SKU or barcode, weight, and image alt text).
Information the App accesses
- The App requests a single Shopify permission:
read_products. It can read product catalog data and nothing else. - Product data is read only when you load or refresh the report, and it is processed temporarily in memory to build the report.
- The App does not request access to customers, orders, payments, or any financial information.
Information the App stores
- The App stores the Shopify sessions required to authenticate your store with Shopify. That is the only data kept in the App's database.
- Reports and product data are not saved in the database. They are recalculated each time and discarded afterwards.
- CSV exports are generated locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.
What the App does not do
- It does not sell data.
- It does not show advertising.
- It does not currently use third-party analytics.
- It does not use your data to train AI models.
- It does not send your catalog to AI services or external APIs.
Data removal
- When you uninstall the App, Shopify notifies us and the stored sessions for your store are deleted.
- When Shopify sends the
shop/redactrequest after uninstall, any remaining sessions for the store are deleted again.
Privacy webhooks
The App implements the three webhooks Shopify requires:
- customers/data_request — a customer asks for their data. The App stores no customer data, so there is nothing to return, and we acknowledge the request.
- customers/redact — a customer asks for deletion. The App stores no customer records, so there is nothing to delete, and we acknowledge the request.
- shop/redact — after you uninstall, Shopify asks us to delete the store's data. We delete all stored sessions for the store.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about your store, or request its deletion. Contact us at hola@fluvia.org and we will respond as described on our support page.
Changes to this policy
If the App's behavior changes, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change goes live.
